Terms & Conditions
- All products and promotional items are subject to stock availability.
- Allocation of Singapore Lunar coins will be subjected to balloting if oversubscribed by indicated pre-order closing date.
- Event operating hours are from 11am to 8pm daily, with the exception for the last day where the event ends at 5pm sharp.
- Proof of identification will be required for collection of pre-orders along with the original copy of the collection letter.
- Customers must provide their name, mobile number, the last 4 characters of their NRIC, email, and consent to the PDPA clause to be eligible for any of the Singapore Mint’s promotional activities.
- The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

- Redemption of gifts is exclusively available at:
- The Singapore Mint retail shops at Coin Gallery (Head Office), ChinaTown Point Mall, Suntec City Mall,
- The Singapore Mint Fair Event from 1 to 11 January 2026, OR
- The Singapore Mint Pop-up Collection Point at ChinaTown Point, 133 New Bridge Road, #03-15 from 12 January to 15 February 2026 only
- Eligible transactions for GWP include:
- Festive Lunar Pre-Orders: Orders placed from 18 November to 14 December 2025, with collection at The Singapore Mint Lunar Fair at ChinaTown Point between 1 to 11 January 2025
- Any order(s) or purchase(s) made in-store, or online or via mail-order form received through fax, mail, email, or retail shops between 15 December 2025 to 15 February 2026
- Orders opting for delivery can redeem their free gifts at The Singapore Mint Pop-up Collection Point at ChinaTown Point, 133 New Bridge Road, #03-15 from 12 January to 15 February 2026, by presenting the original delivery letter. Redemption for gift(s) may be rejected if original delivery letter is not produced.
- Original proof of purchase and proof of identification must be presented for any redemption(s).
- One receipt is only entitled to 1 gift tier redemption.
- Redemption value must be in a single receipt only and cannot be of combined receipts. Redemption value does not include the purchase of vouchers or the use of any vouchers.
- Gift items may be replaced with another item of similar size or value.
- Strictly no cancellation of orders.
- Gifts are available on a while-stocks-last basis.
- Gifts are limited to one gift tier per redemption.
- The Singapore Mint reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
