The People’s Bank of China have issued the World Heritage—Quanzhou: Emporium of the World in Song-Yuan China Gold and Silver Commemorative Coins on July 25, 2022. All coins are legal tender of the People’s Republic of China.
OBVERSE
Each coin bears the common observe design featuring the national emblem of the PRC, the title of PRC and the year date.
REVERSE
The 30gm round commemorative silver coin depicts the Statue of Lao Tze with trees and mountains in the background, the words “Quanzhou: Emporium of the World in Song-Yuan China” in Chinese and the face value.
