1. To trade online, you must be a Friend-of-the-Mint. If you have not registered, kindly register here.
2. Login with your User ID and password on the left column of the website. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password and enter your User ID and the email address you had supplied during registration with The Singapore Mint. Your password will be sent to your registered email account.
3. You are now ready to post in our e-Trade. Before you do so, we encourage you to read through our terms and conditions.
4. To add a post, click on the 'Add New Post' button.
5. Select a category.
6. Select whether you are posting to sell an item or you are posting to look for a particular item.
7. Enter a title.
8. Enter a description on the item you are posting.
9. Enter a price that you are asking for.
10. You are allowed to upload up to 3 images for your post. To upload the images, click on the 'Manage Pictures' button.
11. Please note that we only allow images in jpg and gif file formats. For each image, the maximum file size allowed is 500 KB and the dimension cannot exceed 270px in height and 270px in width.
12. After uploading, enter the security code and click on the 'Sumbit' button.
13. You will receive a copy of e-Trade Acknowledgement Notification via email within a few minutes.
14. Please note that your new post is submitted for review by our administrator. You will receive an email from us to notify you on the result of the review.
15. Once your post is approved, it will appear in the respective section for other members to view.
16. If you find any items that you are interested in, click on the item to send a private message to the owner of the post
17. Check your private messages inbox periodically for any interested party getting in touch with you
